Again, depends on the sweater, and also what style you're going for. I usually don't wear anything under mine when I'm going for a casual look, but if it's a thin sweater I'll wear a t-shirt or tank top underneath (so no nips poke through). Or if I'm going for a more "preppy" look, I would wear a collared shirt under it.

I'm confused as to why you think the fact that you are Latino matters. I'm Latino myself. You dress like everyone else does, and the same rules apply to everyone. The color of the models are irrelevant if the fit is good. Just read the sticky and lurk more.
