No, I'm German. My dad gave me pretty similar advice because I've always had difficulty concentrating and a lot of anxiety when it comes to anything school-related and I'm starting uni soon. Idk he said it's easy to get prescription drugs if you know what to say. I'm just super nervous about it and I always kinda need a little list of things to mention to doctors even if I'm actually sick because otherwise I'd just stutter and confuse them.

Has anyone else here stopped getting their period and at what weight? That's a scary thought. I know Ali Michael didn't get her period for a year when she was younger but she was never even /that/ thin so maybe it has more to do with bad nutrition.
