I'm asking for my boyfriend. He decided that he wanted to have long hair, but is 100% committed to doing fuckall with it.

Coupled in with his really bony face, he honestly looks like a rapist. Where do I take him to get it styled, and how can he do upkeep? Pic related, but my bf is pasty and bony.
