honestly, what's the point in making the smallest size available only fit people above average in size?

The right side only of my hairline has noticeably receded yet my left side is still perfectly fine at a NW 1, has this happened to anyone? I shaved my head because I couldn't deal with the asymmetrical being even more noticeable. Went from a generous 5/10 to maybe a 3 or 4 (if being generous)/10. I'm only 20 too and will never even look average (though my headshape is pretty decent this still sucks), fuck everything.
