Tomorrow I will pay my first visit to a propper hair dresser that costs me serious money.
I've never been to such a place, what things should I pay attentiont to?

I have relatively thick and curly hair making it hard to brush. Should I brush my hair beforehand? But if I brush my hair the hairdresser will not know what my hair normally looks like since I don't brush my hair normally.
