I've been cutting calories and I've been trying to stay below 800. I've also been jogging every other day or so but I'm super out of shape and low energy so it's tough.
I always seem to throw up when I go on jogs. I don't eat too much before hand but I never run on an empty stomach. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's kinda embarassing
