Yeah look into it. Detroit has been an utter shit hole since blacks became a majority, but in recent years whites have started to move into some areas and payed private security etc to make it better. Even blacks admit this.

Also at the same time as whites are moving into these areas blacks seem to be moving out, so it is a win win.

Everyone refers to Detroit as the city that epitomizes white flight for a reason, it was a prosperous white society, then blacks started to move in for the wealth created by whites, crime went up etc and then whites moved out on mass until barely any whites lived there. Detroit then became a massive shit hole with no wealth, property prices became very cheap and a lot of blacks started to move out, whites spotted an opportunity and have to move back in and re-build.
