Noone would be harmed by the reprinting of cards on the reserved list aside from singles selling websites like Starcity. Collectors would pay large amounts for the original cards while the people who buy them to actually play the game with them - such as needing 10-18ish lands - would benefit greatly as eternal formats would be much more accessible. I suppose you could argue that WOTC would make less money off people buying cards for eternal formats and using them forever rather than buying cards for standard or pioneer which rotate every so often.

The same applies to this rerelease. People who obsess over old Raf Simons clothing would still pay the same amounts for the original products, maybe even more, while people who want to actually buy the clothes to wear because they like the design but don't care for the snobbery and cost associated with collecting rare clothing from decades ago will happily pay the substantially lower costs for clothing which is accessible and which money goes to the brand and to the storefronts rather than to a reseller's pockets. The Chinese have been making fake clothing have been doing this for some time with an increasing interest in 'archive' clothing, because people don't want to pay Grailed-inflated prices for the same products that could've been purchased 10 years ago for far less.
