Advice on what should i do to save it pls? (currently leaving hair conditioner on it for some hours, every two days, and washing with shampoo + conditioner. Looks better than the pic now but idk if i'm doing it right).

Also recommendations for a hairstyle (shorter or not) that fits my face and looks cute are welcome.
