Generally the only tools you need are a little screwdriver for bracelet screws, kinda like an eyeglass screwdriver, and a tool with a spring bar tool on one side and a little pin pusher on the other side. If you're just changing straps and adjusting bracelets that will probably get you though 99% of jobs. Sometimes if you have a really stubborn push pin bracelet you may need one of those screw down pin pushers or a block and hammer and punch to hammer pins out, but most of the time you can get by with really simple tools. I'm also always careful in trying to use quick release spring bars and straps with built in quick release spring bars so I have to fuck with that shit as little as possible.
