I have a job interview Monday. I have dark grey slacks, black shoes and belt and a black tie. Would something like pic related be okay, and what are my options if I can't find one at the store tomorrow?

Also, is a black paisley or plain purple tie pushing it? Plain black tie feels a little too funeral and those are my favorites.
