i look at the instas of men i admire and see what they're doing/wearing and a few of them look like me and have a similar height and build to me so i copy their outfits directly if i like them and they usually get me compliments, porbably because the men i follow are mostly wealthy and they use stylists to put together their wardrobes so they are usually well done.
