i have a watch very similar to pic related that i inherited from a relative. there are some slight differences in indices and numerals, but the dial color and case color (rose) are identical. mine is in pristine condition apart from the 2 long scratches on mineral crystal that can be felt when going over them with your nail. i researched a bit and found out they were mass produced cheap watches with fragile cases. based on that and the fact that mine is in pristine condition im guessing it was worn shortly before mineral was damaged, stored and forgotten. most likely never even serviced. it runs good, didn't lose a second after 24 hours laying on a table (it has no strap) and chronograph works perfectly

so my questions are, is this watch wearable at all, should i send it to preemptive service or don't touch it while everything works since i wouldn't wear it more than couple of times a year anyway and should i replace the crystal, try to polish it or leave it as is?

i feel like it would look like a beacon strapped on to the wrist with that dial. especially with black suit.
if i could pull it off as a dress watch, then i would have much more options when it comes to my everyday watch, since i wouldn't have to buy something versatile. i also need strap color recommendation
