I like my outerwear to be practical, so it better keep me mostly dry/warm/etc. Untreated thin cotton(which this seems to be) does absolutely none of that. Its an interesting piece, and if you live in an environment where the weather isn't too much of an issue sure go for it(assuming your wardrobe can keep up). Otherwise I would agree with >>10415829, hes being a cunt but hes right in saying it is very costumey.
