Just type how to pronounce followed by the designers name into Google whenever you come across one you don't know.

Written pronunciations are always going to be slightly off and most designers have a proper pronounciation floating around somewhere out there. For the record generally Youtube is absolutely fuck awful (unless you find something like interviews in the designers native language etc.) and Forvo is pretty legit. Also if you come across one with no pronunciation anywhere try searching for pronunciations of words / names with the same syllables in the same language and then cobbling them together in your head. That's worked pretty well for me whenever I run into a native speaker and remember to ask them if I'm doing it right.
