Be very nuanced in how you interpret the question or problem which your interviewer gives you, as well is in the answer you provide. Display a sort of confident curiosity -- be enthusiastic in the interview, as it is directly pertinent to your subject about which you obviously are supposed to be enthusiastic. Don't be afraid to ask further questions about the problem/question, anything that showcases your nuanced thought process; really try not to freeze up -- the "there's no right or wrong answer"-thing is pretty true, they just want to see you're smart and curious and engaged.

Also, the people interviewing you might give you a one-hour tutorial every week, so put yourself in their shoes and just consider what sort of student a high-calibre academic would want to teach and interact with.

Don't sweat it if you don't get in, I do PPE here and I'm not exactly happy.

On that note, anyone else at Oxford? I'm a finalist.
