quick question guys

i recently purchased a cardigan that was on sale on a whim where the only size left was a small and the site had no size chart, i'm 5'11" and roughly 125 pounds, skinny guy. what are the chances of this being too small? i have no experience with cardigans but have been thinking recently some are quite tight fitting on people and thoughts of doubt have infested my mind.
