It depends on the night club.
The clubs that hire professional dancers that usually have fire breathers and shit with them those wont want to talk to you at all because that really is their job but if its just some girls in a skimpy leotard with the clubs logo on just treat them like any other girl that probably has a bigger ego since shes had every guy in the club eyefucking her all night.

If the girl goes to uni shes probably one of those dancers that are basically doing it for the free nights out so she can spend her loan on other shit like rent and clothes.

Usually bitchy at first but after they've been fucked by some of the other workers or the main boss they start being nicer to work with since they know nobody needs anything from them now so will give zero shits about telling them to quit.

Since they're basically put on a stage all night with lights shining on them with guys eyefuckingall night it really throws them off when you make no effort to flirt since they've pretty much been put on a pedestal.

Watched so many guys try to put effort into sleeping with the dancers whilst i just got fucked up on coke with my boss in the back room the more attention the guy gave them the less they gave a shit about him in most cases.

Not all the girls where drug fiends that danced just for a free night and cheated on their boyfriends all the time but it's rare to find a nice girl that can resist that shit in that kind of atmosphere since they're paid sex symbols that get free drugs/booze and choice of lads thrown at them.
