Chinos are old-man core, you don't really want to stand out when you're 80 and fat.

My Granpa wears them, along with a cheap sport coat that was somehow tailored to fit him with his horrible beer gut and hunched back. I sewed the buttons to the outside and added velcro because he has no fine motor skills. His wife died over a decade ago and he has basically no reason to live. We're not on great terms, it could have been the time I offered to help him fake death of natural causes for the insurance money.

He was even pissy about the coat that I lovingly made for him so he could not look like shit because he "didn't need no pity" or some shit like that. He wears it all the time so I think he liked it.

When he dies I'm taking his Manurhin MR-73 as payment, I stole the key for the box he keeps it in years ago and whenever I go to his house I give it a little rub down to prevent rust. How you could neglect something that beautiful I will never know.
