I assume you don't know how disphoria feels, the dick was never right, it never felt right, the pure existance of it felt horrible since i was little, it was so unconfortable that i didin't even had masturbated until i was 14, almost 15 and started dating a way older girl who kind of forced me into shit. So, the no dick thing has no relation at all to being thin, i just like the asthetics and i kind of got used to it and always wearing p/pp(my country sizes for small and extra small) as i've been underweight since i was a kid.
