Made a big mistake and ate 3 ribs for dinner because I was at family's and wasn't even thinking. I feel so shitty now, it's roughly 600 cal. all together. I've eaten like 1000 calories today (I'm definitely done now), but I'm paranoid as fuck that I'm going to gain a shit ton of weight from this since ribs are basically fat. I usually eat 700 cal a day. I lost 6.5lbs in 3 days, but I feel like I've slowed that immensly by eating this tonight. What should I do to fix it?
