Other options are Damasko or Sinn chronos, but if you want the ultimate pilot bling flex, Breitling or some Rolex are the way to go. Practically, a citizen solar would be a good choice, but seeing as any cockpit has a more accurate time readout and you are extremely unlikely to use your watch to calculate fuel and shit, I would probably omit the overcomplicated dials and go for max bling or max legibility.
