I feel the KVA's would look out of place if you're just wearing a tee, out of balance if you will, but I feel that applies to bulky mids and hightops in general.

If you plan to wear the KVA's daily, I recommend slapping Vibram/topy across the entire outsole akin to the FW11 KVA Surgery. Size down on KVA unless 2009/2010 shoes. Irrelevant: I find the black lacing is more aesthetically pleasing than white for the Surgery's (I sold the pair in the pic once I found one with black laces).
