People need to calm down, a sport or your clothing doesn't define you as a person. If you want to join a subculture that's fine. If you just want to dress like that subculture that's also fine, but don't be surprised when people think you are disingenuous for doing that.

The obsession with brands in skateboarding is also beyond bizarre, just skate whatever setup works for you. Do you want to just cruise? Get a cruiser or a longboard. Do you want to do tricks? Get a typical popsicle, and if you are scared you will skating then just buy a blank so you don't feel bad about spending $80 on a deck.

A lot of the problems people seem to have here are solved really easily, but then again this is 4chan so it would be too much to expect someone not to sit in a thread for days shitposting.

The people who get bothered by it need to get that gnarled stick out of their asses. People talking loudly during a show or meal is obnoxious but you'd look like a giant angry toddler if you demanded that they be removed instead of just asking them to quiet down. Some people don't shower, some people wear rank ass perfume or too much deodorant, and some people smell like death incarnate but it's socially unacceptable to complain. It seems to me that the people who complain of vapor are gigantic pussies and toddlers who believe the entire world should cater to his likes and dislikes. Would you rather we go back to indoor smoking?

No really, I don't get people's vapor hangups. It smells much better than cigarette smoke and doesn't linger or stick to clothes he same way.

Anyone complaining about vapor is not complaining about the habit itself, which replaces a more dangerous habit, but has a bias towards it. It's the fat fedoras and socially awkward dorks that you are trying to distance yourself from, I guess.

That, and the bitching about people getting excited over a new technology that produces a new experience make you guys seem like judgemental cum stains who hate everything because they're depressed faggots who get joy out of bringing others down. The crabs at the bottom of the bucket.
