When it comes to short cuts for women there's some factors that have to be considered if you want to look good with it.

The most obvious one is that you have to be good looking. Like a 8/10 at least.
Other important factors aswell are the head shape and hairline. There's women that look fabulous with their long hair but can't try too short cuts because they don't have the head shape, face structure or hairline to pull it off.

The same applies for men that want to pull off the buzzcut meme. It only looks good if you have the face, head shape and hairline to pull it off.
