So I want to let my hair grow out much longer, maybe down to my neck (idk, not super long like a girl is my point). Problem is, when my hair grows long it never falls, like I want it to. Instead it just puffs out like a big gay cloud. It's very very thick and rough, maybe damaged idk how to care for hair. Any advice on making my hair more flowy and gracious?
