Rolex is the same.
The Submariner, Deep Sea, Seadweller, Yachtmaster, Explorer II, GMT Master, and even the Daytona are all basically the same watch.
And the models without (rotating) bezel all have basically the same case design too.

Omega switches it up the most out of the three, but this "variety" is exactly one of their key downfalls: lack of focus.
