Just treat yourself more. I often throw junk food into MFP, if you never eat it you only want it more.

I'm on my feet a lot, and burn a lot of calories throughout the day. If today was kinda rough, and I have room for it, fuck yeah I'll grab milkshake or some poutine. Just don't make a habit of it and make sure you aren't going over your goals with it.

Obviously on fast days avoid that trash. Fast days all I do is take a multi, drink water, and sip on a mug of soylent throughout the day.

I see it as a chance to redeem 90s fashion, since it was pretty terrible. People are looking through rose colored glasses, grabbing the good ideas from it, and making some nice looking outfits with a 90s feel.

Really though it's just that we live in a very jaded and nostalgic decade.

Eh, I mean it doesn't look bad. Vineyard Vines is alright quality prep clothes. It's not very exciting, and has a bit of a stigma.

But yeah, if prep is your thing and you see a Vineyard Vines item that you like then go for it.

Avoid that faggotry where you feel like you need to wear entirely one brand though, fuck. You see with with hypebeast shit with Supreme, and it's not good.

Be a little creative, search lots of brands and get stuff you like. Don't just copy the models on the store page because they usually don't look that great.
