Thanks for your story and empathizing, anon. I have noticed that alcohol doesn't really make me happy, it just a temporary fix to numb the pain. Part of the reason I need that fix is because my BDD is so bad, but the "fix" is only making it worse, yeah.

Within the past couple of days I've been referring to any kind of alcohol as "soda" in my mind and it's helped keep me from drinking it.

I agree, although I don't really have time to exercise except on weekends because of my busy work/school schedule. Most days of the week I get up at 7:30 to be at school before 9, stay in school until 2pm, come home briefly to change and then head to work until 1-2am only to go to sleep and wake up the next morning for school again. The weekends are usually spent on homework and making up for lack of sleep.

I'm 20 and really obsesed with my hairloss, my pattern is much worse than yours, it looks fucking weird.

I shave it down, some people that I know from before "don't like it" but new people don't care or they are positive about it.
