Anyone had experience with CP sizing?

I ordered some CPs about a month ago, they haven't got here yet but I'm reading that they are true to size

When I bought them I'm sure I heard they fit quite long so I ordered the EU39's but I'm a UK6 which is a EU40

I'm a UK6 in nikes if anyone else can compare them to nike sizing
