How do you deal with the "bell" shape when you wear shirts/t-shirts?
After a year of losing weight my chest is bigger than my belly but whenever i wear a shirt i come out looking like an amorphous shape and i look like i dint lose any weight
I cant wear less than M either as i am 6'3"
