no thats called a franken/redial and you should avoid it unless you dont mind and its disclosed from seller.

yes you can still get vintage examples on ebay for ~$100ish depending on condition but you have to check and do some basic homework.

Raketa still exists and still makes watches but the new big zero reissue looks like this and is 750euros.
