Routine: Lift 3x a week. Push x Pull x Legs. Swim and abs on lifting days. Run and calisthenics every other day. Rest.
Diet: One meal a day, work out fasted, cheat day once per week. Be sure to eat as much protein as possible. Try to minimize carbs. I generally don’t track macros because fasting for 23 hrs still keeps you in ketosis.
Lost about 40 pounds. T-thanks /fit/
