how are you guys planning on surviving christmas?
i had planned to stop restricting for a while this coming week, even throw in a cheat day for myself, but oh yeah, huge feasts both on the 24th and the 25th. fuck.

Not sure what to do, I guess I'll just make those days cheat days and keep restricting just for one more week. But fug, why is eating giant meals part of every holiday? I just wanna have some gingerbread and a little piece of chocolate and then have fun and drink with my family, but ofc it'd be rude as fuck to resist the christmas dinner.
