a forest scent can be interpreted in different ways. both the chypre and fougere genres kind of started as attempts at smelling like an abstract version of forest vegetation
encre noire smells green, but I wouldn't say lush. I guess "lush" makes me think of Eau Sauvage and Chanel Pour Monsieur, but beware that these are really old school
