tfw good hair and facial structure thanks to aryan genes, muscular build, but really shitty skin. my skin is really sensitive and i always have some acne, im 19 years old and not alot has worked. i drink like 6 liters of water a day, use cleansers, scrubs, witch hazrl toner, moisturize and use sunscreen. Sometimes the acne will subside a bit but never fully goes away. wtf do i do? dont want to go get a perscription that will fuck up my face
