a character that's similar to sick boy but a mite more modern is super hans from peep show, who's got more of a 2010s hipster post-emo thing going on instead of sick boys 1980s alt-rock deal.
swap his grey suit for some typical 2010s skinny fit cheap shit suit, ditch the tuxedo jacket for an orphaned pinstripe jacket, throw in some pullover hoodies, ripped jeans, a Gromett belt, some used odd-color doc martens off facebook marketplace, and get a tie that's more from the 1990s than 1960s.
