I'm not sure, I used to get these from the place where I used to do vacation jobs as a welder.
They gave us three of these each week and told us to throw them out by the end of the week, but they're flame-retardant so most of the time they just needed a good wash and they were still good to go.
They don't have tags or anything, and iirc the sizing just worked with S/M/L rather than waist/inseam.
I could ask where they buy them, but they always bought entire boxes of them, so I'm not sure if you can just buy them on your own.
They're probably dirt-cheap though...

I'll stay on the lookout for some other footwear, then.

Switched the top for an off-white, seems to work better.
