I am the perfect person for this thread. I just inherited a good amount of money. I've been broke as fuck up until mid December. This sudden change has money burning a hole in my pocket but I come to senses rather quickly and luckily most things can be returned.

Heres my top list of buyers remorse/void filler so far.

The entire time i'm thinking of how fucking dumb it was to blow that much on a comforter, lots of buyers remorse but the other half of my brain is saying no it's fine just think of it like an investment.
"Just think of it like an investment" I tell all the time and sometimes it works and is true other times it's just a shit excuses. I opened up the comforter and was pretty disspointed. There were already feathers coming out. I slept with it for one night and returned it. Decided to go w/ another brand that was less expensive.

I wanted this meme film camera for fucking FOREVER it's like $800-1k it was the first expensive thing I bought with my money I was so fucking excited to get it in the mail until I realize my social life is shit and I rarely have oppurtunities to take cool pictures. It filled the void for about 3 days before it got here. Hoping I can use it when I start traveling though.

Im studying CS so I used the investment excuse for this too but my old 2015 MBP is completely fine so the 2019 MBP filled the void for about a day. Don't feel much remorse as I'm sure I'll utilize it in the future.

Bought a lot of clothes, returned a lot of clothes. Most of my buyers remorse was form carhartt wip. so expensive and so shit quality and fit wise. I also blew $300 on shit from uniqlo and got bored with it all after 3 weeks.
