Picked up one of these, and it looks fantastic, but it didn't come with all the pieces I've heard people get with the SS kits.

Number one is the plastic spacer piece. Has anyone got any pictures and dimensions for that? I figure I'll just find a bit of rubber the same width and cut it down to size to stop the titanium scratching the screen.

And second are the screws. I could re-use my existing ones, but I've seen some aftermarket flathead screws that look a lot nicer, is there anywhere I can buy a set that isn't 20 bucks?
