All I want to do is be really slender and flat but I am stock with a busty and big rib cage / endomorph torso like in the pic.

I have gotten very thin and all it does is makes my arms and legs trimmer but I still feel like I am carrying a rock boulder for a mid section, it's just too round and I can't change the structure, fat or no fat.

I can't even wear layers because I will look obese.
