Im 64kg, so about a 19-20 BMI
I havent even really started starving myself, but completely rehauling my diet
>stopped eating meat, stuff made in oil and stuff with white flour
>mostly eating greens, vegetables, fruits and seeds
made me lose about 3kgs, which Im happy about.

Im mostly going for the visual aspect of it, but just to have a goal I set 60kg (which would put me at the edge of being underweight) and Ill see if I need to go deeper from there I guess.

I mean as being disproportional, like some people might have a pot-belly, my thighs just look off when compared to the rest. I think it has a little to do with my genetics, but I also had a period where I was just chugging pop, with my ass sat down at all times, so who knows.
