I need your help. I've been starving the last two months or something.
It worked perfect, over these months I went from 78kg (172 pounds) to now 68,2 kg (150 pounds).
But now I'm stuck there.
It has been two weeks with pretty much the same diet (one meal of traditionally cooked food a day) and strictly been drinking water/coffee, but I'm not seeing any improvements by this.

maybe this is more /fit/ related, but since many of you are starving I'm hoping that someone has already been gone through this and has sucessfully beaten his stupid metabolism
