ever happened to suddenly feel like you look super weird? like that you see your reflection or a picture of yourself that has just been taken and you almost dissociate yourself?

it has happened to me only a few times but i have no idea of why, maybe when you are stressed/anxious and idk how to prevent it bc its a bad kind of feel
