used to be really chubby at the beginning of summer. then i started eating one meal a day at around ~7pm and started going to the gym. im about 136 lbs now. 5 ft 8in. everyone says im skinny and i shouldnt lose more weight or ill be bones but im looking in the mirror and still seeing a very ugly body that has weight to lose

is my mental illness setting in or what
