1. Eliminate bad foods from your home
2. Eat what you love thats healthy. IE sushi or healthy homemade hamburgers etc
3. Dont stretch out your stomach wall overeating. Eat until 8/10 full. Stretching stomach walls make you hungry. It’ll shrink and you’ll be much less hungry when it does.
4. Odds are there’s a problem food that’s a source of 90% of your problems
IE soda, icecream, or something you overeat daily
Eliminate it. It has to be a significant challenge for you to get it so you won’t get it.
