Does it itch? Looks erythematous, not acne. If it doesn't respond to acne treatment, talk to a doctor. It might be what's known as butterfly rash which the classical differential symptom of lupus. It's also present in some other inflammatory disorders. Or it could be garden variety dermatitis/eczema in which case prescription steroid creams.
