Found out today that my digital scale will "remember" the last weight it recorded and not display a different weight unless the difference is at least 1-2 lbs. Put a 13lb book on it, weighed myself, and was relieved to see that I had lost 0.4 lbs, as opposed to maintaining the past 2 days.

I know 0.4 lbs is barely anything but losing even a tiny bit over maintaining makes me feel way better, especially since I've been working out pretty hard the past two days. Posting this to let some anons know that certain digital scales are like this.

Bipolar type II so basically depressed.

I eat more when I'm low so I have to stave off the crazy as best as I can, so I keep my sleep schedule long and consistent and exercise a lot. It helps but I have my low times.

I poop 2-3 times a day despite eating low cal. I get a LOT of fiber and usually have caffeine, so that's probably why. It's healthy to be regular like that, it's just annoying to have to shit so much.

I can finally buy all the clothes I really want. I want to wear crop tops and bikinis in summer without being worried. Being just average size is not good enough for those, IMO.

Any /thinspo/ tall girls here? I'm down from 2X to Medium at the moment and despite it fitting me almost loose, a lot of shirts are short on me. Very small B cup too, so it's not my boobs.

Just for the record I did not gain any weight when starting the pill and I've been on it for years. I've lost weight since then, actually.

The birth control with the highest rate of making you gain weight is the shot, anyway. Heard people gaining like 10-30 lbs FREQUENTLY on the shot. Would never consider.

31? I wouldn't call you old yet, just not quite in your "prime," whatever that's supposed to mean lol. I'm 23 and I am definitely not too fond of my 20s so far. It is a tumultuous, stressful, and pretty confusing time. Best thing I have found I can do mentally is to exercise and try to take care of myself. I wanted to hurry up and lose the rest of the weight I needed to (lost about 55 lbs in high school to "normal" BMI but need to lose another 30 to be actually thin, not just average) before I turned 25. Something about skin collagen. I could lose all of this before I hit 24 in summer though. That's also when I go back to school...
