I'm not lumping all whites together, though. Racial IQ distributions are a bell curve. There are very intelligent blacks and very stupid whites.
See about 68% of people fall around the average and then there's a sprinkling on either end of the scale.
So by this you can see about 30% of whites are pretty dumb, right? 100 IQ is the average, specifically the average for whites. So if we get smarter or dumber our IQ average is always 100 because it's set to us.
The IQ average for East Asians is 108 or so. Hispanics are between us and blacks and blacks are pretty low but not as low as say... Australian Aboriginals, pygmies, bushmen.
American blacks are also slightly smarter than a lot of pure Africans.

I'm not saying we should definitely say Brahmin Indians are a different race to Untouchables. I'm saying if we did they'd be the most intelligent.

I'm not certain you can dismiss that so easily, though. How much do the castes breed with each other? I don't actually know. I suspect that very intelligent members of lower castes probably bred into the Brahmins and the dumbest Brahmins maybe breed into lower castes.
If you look at caste and IQ it is interesting. They vary greatly.
