posted photos like a week back but i'm back on the exercise bandwagon now as well as the eating bandwagon. still bmi 17 and don't really look it, hoping that the stationary bike and walking about everywhere will help the muscle tone in my legs. would like to be around bmi 16, maybe lower if it doesn't start affecting my cognition and strength again
